Please note that we do not accept insurance and are considered out-of-network for most insurance plans. However, we are happy to provide a superbill upon request, which you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. Medicare, however, is different. Your initial chiropractic visit is designed to give us a clear understanding of your health history, current concerns, goals, and how your body is functioning.

This visit includes a thorough consultation, initial evaluation, posture photos, movement assessment, chiropractic examination, and your first adjustment if appropriate. Your initial visit lasts approximately 40 minutes.

Your follow-up visit is where Dr. Leslie will review your exam findings, explain how they may relate to your symptoms or goals, and walk you through her recommended next steps for care.

This visit includes your Report of Findings, time for questions, and your second adjustment if appropriate. It lasts approximately 30 minutes.

The initial appointment for shockwave therapy is designed to assess your condition and begin your treatment. During this approximately 30-minute session, we will conduct a thorough evaluation to understand your medical history, symptoms, and goals. Based on this assessment, we will provide your first shockwave therapy treatment, targeting the affected area to promote healing and reduce pain. This appointment serves as an introduction to the therapy, with the goal of developing a personalized treatment plan for your recovery. After your initial shockwave visit, Dr. Leslie will recommend a treatment rhythm based on the area being treated, how long the concern has been present, and how your body responds.

Shockwave packages are available for practice members who would benefit from a short series of treatments and want to keep care consistent while reducing the cost to $50-$55 per session, depending on the package selected.

Shockwave therapy packages are available for purchase in office after your initial shockwave visit.

X-rays are not generally part of your first visit. While imaging isn't required for everyone, Dr. Leslie may recommend x-rays if they are necessary to support your care. For your convenience, we partner with Health Images, with multiple convenient locations including one 5 minutes away from our office. Insurance can be applied toward x-rays, and you have the option to use any imaging facility you prefer. If you have recent imaging, please bring it with you to your appointment.

After your initial care plan is complete, wellness care options are available for ongoing support and maintenance.

Wellness care is designed for practice members who want to maintain progress, support their nervous system, and keep their body moving well through everyday life. Wellness package options are available to help make consistent care more affordable, with rates ranging from $40-$55 per adjustment, depending on the option you choose.

Wellness packages are available for purchase in office after completion of your initial care plan or once Dr. Leslie determines you are ready to transition into wellness care.

We offer flexible options for chiropractic care and shockwave treatments with individual visit rates. Individual visits are available for chiropractic care and shockwave therapy at $65 per session.

For chiropractic care, individual visits are available for practice members who prefer to continue care one visit at a time. If you are working through an active concern, Dr. Leslie may recommend a care plan or re-check before transitioning into wellness care.

For shockwave therapy, individual follow-up treatments may be scheduled after your initial shockwave visit.

We offer wellness package-sharing options for added flexibility, allowing you to share treatments with family members or loved ones. Please note that there are guidelines in place to ensure fair use and maximize benefits for all. Shared wellness packages are available for established practice members who have both completed initial care and are eligible for wellness care pricing.
