Chiropractic Care in Boulder, Colorado
Whether you’re navigating back pain, neck tension, headaches, sciatica, stress, mobility changes, injuries, or that “I slept weird and now I’m a different person” feeling, we’re here to help.
Our care is approachable, clearly explained, and tailored to your body, your goals, and what you actually need.
Chiropractic care looks at how your spine, nervous system, and whole body work together.
Chiropractic care at Destination Chiropractic is not about adjusting the same way every time or chasing one symptom without looking at the bigger picture.
Dr. Leslie takes a whole-body, nervous system–focused approach to understand how your spine, joints, muscles, movement patterns, and daily stress may be working together.
Care may include adjustments to the spine as well as extremities like shoulders, hips, knees, ankles, wrists, and feet. Your visits are tailored to your body, your comfort level, and what makes sense for your real life.
What Chiropractic Care Means Here
Chiropractic care is for people of all ages and stages who want to feel better in their bodies, whether that means getting help with pain, improving mobility, supporting the nervous system, or getting back to the things they love.
At Destination Chiropractic, we commonly care for:
Adults with back pain, neck tension, headaches, sciatica, stiffness, injuries, or mobility concerns
Athletes, gym-goers, and active humans navigating workout injuries, overuse, everyday aches, or wanting to move better, recover well, and improve their game
People dealing with stress-related tension, posture changes, muscle tightness, or feeling like their body is stuck in overdrive
People who value holistic, proactive care and want to feel more connected to their body as they move through daily life
Expecting moms looking for gentle, supportive care as their body changes during pregnancy
Postpartum moms adjusting to feeding positions, carrying a baby, sleep changes, and all the tiny-human logistics
College students dealing with stress, study posture, workouts, sleep changes, and the everyday tension that comes with school life
You do not need to wait until things feel unbearable to come in. Some people start care because something hurts. Others come in because they feel tight, guarded, run down, or disconnected from their body. Others choose chiropractic care because they want to move better, feel less tense, support their nervous system, and feel more at ease during their every day activities.
Wherever you are starting from, we’ll listen, assess what’s going on, and create care recommendations tailored to your body, your goals, and your season of life.
Who chiropractic care is for
Common Reasons People Book Chiropractic Care
Although this is not a complete list, people often come to Destination Chiropractic for support with concerns like:
Back pain
Headaches
Stiffness or limited mobility
Shoulder, hip, knee, wrist, ankle, or foot discomfort
Stress-related tension
General nervous system support
Neck tension
Sciatica
Posture-related strain
Workout aches or overuse injuries
Injury rehab
Pregnancy and postpartum body changes
Sometimes the reason is obvious, and sometimes it is more of a feeling that your body is tense, guarded, or not moving the way it used to. Either way, your first visit gives us time to look at what may be contributing and talk through what care may make sense.
What to Expect During your first visit
Your first chiropractic appointment at Destination Chiropractic is designed to be thorough, clear, and low-pressure.
Your initial chiropractic visit is $99, and your follow-up Report of Findings visit is $65.
We want you to understand what is going on in your body, what we recommend, and why, so you can leave with a clear plan for moving forward.
-
Once you book your appointment, you’ll pay for your initial visit and complete your intake paperwork online. This helps us get a better understanding of your health history, current concerns, goals, and what brought you in.
-
At your first visit, we’ll sit down with you, talk through what is going on, and complete a thorough evaluation and chiropractic exam.
If chiropractic care is appropriate for you, you’ll receive your first adjustment that day.
In some cases, we may recommend X-rays before beginning care or before making longer-term recommendations. If X-rays are needed, we work closely with Health Images, which is located about five minutes from our office.
-
At your second visit, we’ll review what we found during your evaluation and exam, talk through your goals, and explain our recommendations in a way that actually makes sense.
You’ll receive a personalized care plan based on your body, your needs, and what we believe will best support your progress. This visit also includes your second chiropractic adjustment.

FAQs
-
Nope! Many people start chiropractic care because they are dealing with pain, tension, headaches, stiffness, or an injury. Others come in because they want to move better, support their nervous system, recover more fully, or feel more connected to their body in daily life. You do not have to wait until something feels unbearable to get support :)
-
In most cases, yes. If your evaluation and exam show that chiropractic care is appropriate, you’ll receive your first adjustment at your initial visit. If we need more information first, we’ll explain why and walk you through the next step.
-
Nope! Your first visit is about understanding what’s going on, completing an exam, and talking through what care may make sense. If we recommend ongoing care, we’ll explain your options clearly at your Report of Findings visit so you can decide what feels right for you.
-
At your first visit, we’ll review your history, talk through what brought you in, and complete a thorough chiropractic exam. If chiropractic care is appropriate, you’ll receive your first adjustment that day.
At your follow-up visit, we’ll go over your Report of Findings, explain what we noticed, talk through our recommendations, and complete your second adjustment if appropriate.
Your initial chiropractic visit is $99 and your follow-up Report of Findings visit is $65.
-
As much as we’d love to be able to tell you in advance exactly how many visits you’ll need, the truth is that it depends on what is going on, how long it has been there, your goals, and how your body responds to care.
During your Report of Findings visit, we’ll review our findings with you and recommend a personalized care plan. You’ll know what we suggest, why we suggest it, and what your options are before making a decision.
We do not believe in one-size-fits-all care plans or pressure-based commitments. Our goal is to give you clear recommendations so you can choose what feels right for your body, your goals, and your life.
-
We believe pricing should be clear before you commit to care, because nothing ruins the vibe quite like a surprise financial commitment you were not expecting.
After your initial visit, we’ll walk you through what we found, what we recommend, and the care options available to you. Ongoing care may include individual visits or package options, depending on your goals and what feels like the best fit.
You can view our current chiropractic pricing anytime. You will always know the cost before moving forward, with no high-pressure sales or confusing long-term contracts.
-
We are not in-network with insurance. This allows us to keep care transparent, personalized, and focused on what you need instead of what insurance decides to cover.
We’re happy to provide a superbill upon request, which you may be able to submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
-
Totally understandable! Whether you have never been adjusted before, had a not-so-great experience somewhere else, or just feel unsure about what to expect, we’ll walk you through the process and meet your body where it is.
Dr. Leslie has a lot of tools in her toolbox, and chiropractic care is not one-size-fits-all. Your adjustment may include gentle tonal work, Activator-assisted adjustments, traditional manual adjusting, or a combination of approaches based on what your body needs that day.
In other words, we adjust tiny humans, giant humans, sensitive nervous systems, athletic bodies, and plenty of people who are somewhere in between. We’ll explain what we’re doing, check in along the way, and make sure you feel informed and supported throughout your visit.
-
Yes. While the spine is a big part of chiropractic care, we also assess and adjust extremities when appropriate, including shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees, ankles, and feet.
We take a whole-body approach because your body works as a connected system.
-
Not everyone needs X-rays before starting chiropractic care. Dr. Leslie will review your health history, listen to what is going on, and complete an exam to determine whether imaging would be helpful before moving forward or making longer-term care recommendations.
If X-rays are recommended, we partner with Health Images, which is located about five minutes from our office. You are also welcome to use an imaging facility of your choice.
If you already have recent imaging, please bring it with you or send it to us before your visit so Dr. Leslie can review it as part of your evaluation.
-
Absolutely! We offer gentle, supportive chiropractic care for expecting and postpartum moms, with care tailored to your body, comfort level, and season of life.
Dr. Leslie is trained in the Webster Technique, a chiropractic approach commonly used during pregnancy to support pelvic balance, comfort, and mobility as your body changes.
Postpartum care may also be helpful as your body adapts to feeding positions, lifting, carrying, sleep changes, and the general tiny-human logistics.
Dr. Leslie will take time to understand what you are experiencing, explain what she recommends, and adjust care based on what feels appropriate for you.
