We are pleased to offer shared wellness packages for our valued practice members. To ensure fairness and consistency, please note the following guidelines regarding the sharing of wellness packages:
Wellness Care Only:
Shared packages are available for wellness care only. Both individuals sharing the package must have completed initial care and be eligible for wellness care pricing.Two-Person Limit:
Packages may only be shared between two individuals: the original purchaser and one additional practice member.Even Split of Visits:
All visits included in the package must be evenly split between the two individuals. The package cannot be divided in a way that favors one person over the other. Both individuals must use an equal number of visits from the package. For example, a 12-visit package gives each person 6 visits.Non-Transferable:
The package is non-transferable to anyone other than the designated second person. No substitutions or additional individuals are allowed.Advance Notification:
If you plan to share your package, please notify us before the start of the package to ensure proper scheduling and tracking of visits.
